Lakers lose at Atlanta, drop to 1-4 since Kobe's return

When Nick Young is your leading scorer, you're probably not in a good position to win.  I can't stand him. He has a 3 point icon in 2k but I don't think I have ever hit a 3 with him in a game.  But, forget about Nick Young, who actually played well shooting 5-7 from 3.  Kobe continued his subpar play since his return, and I know he is trying to be a distributor, but it's Kobe and he's always going to feel like he is the best option to put the ball in the hoop (which I agree with).  He shot a lousy 4-14 from the field including going 0-5 from three.  He did have 6 assists, but combining that with 5 turnovers is not a good thing.  The Lakers were up 7 heading into the break until Kyle Korver became Kyle Korver, hitting 3 threes in the 3rd quarter leading to the Hawks outscoring the Lakers 35-19.

Some bright spots for the Lakers were their big men, Jordan Hill and Paul Gasol.  Hill had 21 and 9, going 8-8 from the field and is really coming along as a young big man for the Lakers.  Pau was Pau registering a double-double having 16 and 10.  Xavier Henry also continues to put the ball in the hoop dropping 18.

The Lakers drop to 11-13 and end their 5 game road trip at Memphis tomorrow night.  Need a win.
