Hawks Fall in Toronto 7-3...woof

So I didn't mention this before, but I'm a big Chicago sports guy. NHL- Blackhawks, Baseball- White Sox, NBA - Bulls, CFB - Notre Dame, and NFL - Cleveland Browns, just because, but if the Bears do well I'm not upset about it. This is mainly in part to me growing up on the south side of Chicago until I was about 10 years old. So I guess if you're into Chicago sports, I'm your guy, although there probably won't be many of us. So on to the Hawks!

So after a monster 7-2  win over the Flyers in Chicago on the night that the 'Hawks got their rings (yawn, 2 rings in the last 4 years, whatever) our boys got absolutely spanked by the Leafs tonight. A rugged 7-3 loss where we saw goals from the man child Brandon Saad and two from the Conn Smythe winner Patty Kane, but the Hawks D was less than stellar. But, despite the fact that the Hawks just lost to 7th place Toronto, the Blackhawks are still first in not only the conference, but the league. They have a league leading 51 points and have looked good as of late, winning three in a row before tonight's loss, all be it from abysmal teams (Flyers, Stars, and Panthers).

So there's not much to worry about as of right now, Crow is still healing from his injury and Raanta is stepping up, just didn't have it tonight. Bound to have a bad night here and there, got the Kings tomorrow in the Madhouse on Madison. No need for worry Hawks fans, we're doing just fine.
